How to Support Palestine: Support Palestine Physically
Showing up physically through protests and making our voices heard is extremely important given our governments’ global influence and funding of the occupation. Our efforts are working! We just need to show up, even when we’re supporting from afar.
Call and Mail Your Representatives
Alongside pressuring the President, we must urge our representatives to call for the end of this occupation. They have the power to cease our funding and complicity of Israel’s genocide. Below are two methods to contact your representatives. They will automatically connect you via phone or email to your respective state representatives. Follow the directions carefully and consistently reach out every day you are able.

Script: I am calling to request immediate action be taken to de-escalate and stop the bloodshed in Gaza. I urge the president to call for a ceasefire, then pressure Israel to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza, and finally refuse to send any additional weapons or funding to the Israeli military using our taxes.
Lookup your rep/ senator and email them everyday
Possible script: As your constituent, I am responding to the ongoing situation in Israel and Gaza by urging my members of Congress to take the following actions:
In the U.S. House of Representatives: Co-sponsoring and supporting the Ceasefire Now Resolution, championed by Representatives Cori Bush, Rashida Tlaib, André Carson, Summer Lee, and Delia C. Ramirez.
In the U.S. Senate: Support the introduction of a Senate companion to the Ceasefire Now Resolution.
Acknowledge the Palestinian lives lost and their humanity and demand that the United States reassert its leadership role as a negotiator in pursuit of a lasting peace. This includes addressing the root causes of violence and ending Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories and its apartheid policies.
The primary goal of the Ceasefire Now Resolution, sponsored by a diverse group of dedicated members of Congress, calls on the Biden Administration to urgently seek a de-escalation and ceasefire in Israel and occupied Palestine. It also emphasizes the vital need for sending humanitarian aid to Gaza, with a primary goal of saving innocent lives caught in the crossfire of the ongoing genocide.
Endorsed by nearly 50 other organizations, the Ceasefire Now Resolution offers an alternative to a looming bipartisan resolution endorsed by 390 other members of Congress, led by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul and Ranking Member Gregory W. Meeks. That resolution essentially provides an open-ended endorsement for Israel’s ongoing bombing campaign in Gaza, which has resulted in the loss of tens of thousands of Palestinian civilian lives.
In the wake of the bombing of Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, the need for a call to ceasefire is more urgent than ever.
