The next Sip & Stitch coffee chat is coming to SoCal! 🧵🪡
MWP is excited to host our SoCal Sip & Stitch in partnership with Banat el Tatreez in Garden Grove at Barakah Cafe. To recognize Arab American Heritage Month, this event will walk attendees through the historical significance of tatreez, emphasizing the art of Palestinian embroidery as a preservation of culture, traditions, and resiliency. All backgrounds and levels are welcome to this beginner-friendly session. In addition, a portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to a Palestinian family in need.
